What products does V.I.P. offer?

Virtual Imaging products Distributes the quality laser, fax and copier toner cartridges for brand names such as Hewlett-Packard, Canon, IBM/Lexmark, Xerox, Panasonic, Pitney Bowes, Sharp and much more, our products are recognized in the industry for quality, superior page yield and print performance.

As a primary brand offering, V.I.P. offers its packaging, the brand Imagetek, which has earned the trust and recognition of the imaging industry. Exclusively manufactured in the U.S.A., its unique presentation in a protective shrink-wrap, bright and pristine appearance, catches attention all over the world and is dramatically increasing sales.

Who does V.I.P. sell to?

V.I.P. is a wholesale Distributor of re-engineered laser toners and ink cartridges. Our products are sold exclusively to dealers, distributors, resellers and other’s within the Channel who often turn to us to outsource production, backlogs, unexpected large orders and contracts, cartridges they can no longer do economically or have not yet begun to produce.

What steps are taken to produce high quality products?

Uncompromising on quality, manufacturing procedures operate within an environment of rigorous quality control systems and procedures. Manufacturing components coming in and finished products being shipped out of our facility are subjected to meticulous inspection, testing and coding procedures to make sure that every product is QC qualified, approved and can be traced back to its original vendor and producer. This is done through an internal coding system identifier utilized throughout the entire production process to assign accountability to each of the production personnel.

Equipped with test equipments for EVERY type of toner cartridge being manufactured, 100% of the finished products are carefully tested to ensure quality and performance before packaging.

Does V.I.P. stand behind its products?

Yes. We understand that our product becomes someone else's reputation the moment it leaves our shipping dock. In the few circumstances that one of our cartridges fails in the field, V.I.P. extends 100% warranty coverage on every cartridge manufactured. The options of product replacement or credit toward next purchases are available.

Will V.I.P. handle blind-drop shipments?

Yes. Most of our customers prefer to stock products and do their own shipping and deliveries. However, and upon customer's request, we are fully equipped to handle blind-drop shipments professionally. We also understand the sensitive nature of shipping directly to our client's customers and we give assurance that information provided is kept in the strictest confidence.

What packaging options does V.I.P. offer?

V.I.P. is very proud to Distribute the four-color process brand packaging. Individually shrink-wrapped, it is specifically designed to have "shelf presence" and allows you to have a package with punch. It has proven to be a success since it was first introduced. What is

V.I.P.'s turn-around time on purchases?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of purchase orders, via Purolator. V.I.P. specializes in organized freight forwarding with a team trained to box and palletize for domestic and international freight. Dedicated customer service representatives make sure that products are shipped where needed, when needed!

What is done to protect the cartridge from freight damage?

Upon completion of an intensive investigation, we found that inserts and/or end caps were just not enough. Although these methods are industry accepted in packaging, we were not willing to tolerate the less than acceptable results. We now use the Instapak* Foam-Protection-System. This system allows us to customize the foam protection around the cartridge based on the shape of the cartridge. This protects the cartridge top, bottom and both sides inside the box. Since using the Instapak*, damage to the cartridge occurring during shipping has practically ceased to exist.
